Forever Falling
Manipulate gravity, but don't let it manipulate you - Forever Falling is a puzzle rage-game where you manipulate the direction of gravity.
Avoid spikes, use planetary and zonal acceleration fields, and make your way to the end.

Install instructions
Unzip the file and for macOS just run the resulting application (if there is a warning about an unidentified developer go to your Settings -> Privacy and run it there)
For Windows run gravity.exe in the resulting file

I haven't yet beaten the part with the gravity turn, it's quite tricky. Interesting idea indeed!
ooh try accelerating up once you get around 50% of the turn, that should help you clear it!
